HTA Policy and Methods Review update

The Minister for Health and Aged Care, the Hon Mark Butler MP has announced the Implementation Advisory Group (IAG) to lead government consideration of the Health Technology Assessment Policy and Methods review (HTA Review) final report which was published earlier this year on 10 September 2024.

The Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) and the Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC) have considered the final report of the HTA Review and provided their initial advice and reflections to the government.
