Price Disclosure Dispute Resolution Administrative Process

The Price Disclosure process is provided for by the National Health Act 1953 (the Act), and the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations 2017 (the Regulations).
While dispute resolution is not contained within the Act or Regulations, the Price Disclosure Administrative Dispute Resolution Process has been developed in consultation with the medicines industry.

The Material provides guidance on the process involved in notifying a dispute, and the types of matters, and supporting information, that may be considered relevant to the dispute resolution process.
