Updated Financial Estimates workbook

An updated version of the Utilisation and Cost Model workbook is now available to support PBAC Submissions. This version is a minor update to correct an error identified in worksheet 11- Persistent population that caused errors in the second and subsequent population calculations. If an applicant has already commenced work on a model using v108 of the template, there is no need to migrate to this version unless they are making use of worksheet 11 – Persistent population.
