New Appointment to the PBAC

The Minister for Health has made another new appointment to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC). The new appointment is Michelle Burke, an industry nominee.

Ms Burke’s appointment follows the Australian Government’s commitment to provide the opportunity for members to be nominated and appointed from industry to the PBAC membership under the PBS Access and Sustainability Package of reforms announced in May 2015.
