A short online questionnaire is now available from the Pharmacy Review web page. The questionnaire provides a convenient and structured way for both pharmacists and members of the general public to respond to core issues raised in the Discussion Paper in lieu of, or in addition to, written submissions to the Review.

The Questionnaire will open for responses until 30 September 2016.
